Who are we?
Michaela Cruze and Liane Burns are twins with nearly 2 decades of work as fitness trainers. Both trained and performed as professional dancers into their early 30’s, then shifted their passion for movement to functional fitness. With an emphasis on empowering women through every stage of life with resistance training, mobility, and dynamic balance exercises.
