prenatal Strength

Build strength, confidence, and connection during pregnancy with a progressive 6-week training series designed specifically for your changing body. Each session focuses on safe strength training, core and pelvic floor support, and real-life movement patterns to prepare you for motherhood.

Duration: 30 minutes

Build strength, confidence, and consistency in just 30 minutes. This full-body, all-levels class uses dumbbells and resistance bands to deliver an efficient, effective workout you can do from anywhere. Expect a mix of strength, stability, and functional movement—with options to modify or level up so it meets you exactly where you are. Perfect for busy schedules, powerful results.
