Who are we?

Michaela Cruze and Liane Burns are twins with nearly 2 decades of work as fitness trainers. Both trained and performed as professional dancers into their early 30’s, then shifted their passion for movement to functional fitness. With an emphasis on empowering women through every stage of life with resistance training, mobility, and dynamic balance exercises.

Michaela Cruze

Professional contemporary dancer for 15 years, personal trainer and women’s health specialist for over a decade, and mother of two crazy boys, I believe in the importance of functional movement and feeling strong at every stage of life. I have spent the last decade working with women through the perinatal, postpartum and menopausal time period. I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, look her best, and enjoy every aspect of her life at every stage.
